LAURIE is an intimate portrait of a pastry chef and the story behind his craft.

Rather than focusing solely on the finished creations, the film explores the person, the passion and the everyday dedication behind the business. Through a quiet and personal approach, his voice becomes the central element, revealing the motivations, memories and values that have shaped his journey.

The aim was to create an authentic portrait that feels close and genuine. a story about work, passion and the meaning that can grow around something built with your own hands.
